RETURNS & EXCHANGES
KACEY/DEVLIN return and exchange policy is only applicable to product that has been purchased directly through kaceydevlin.com e-store.
KACEY / DEVLIN gladly accepts returns for exchange within 7 days.
Please contact email@example.com via email quoting your order number and contact information outlining the reason for your return. Your item will be approved for return / refund or exchange via initial email communication.
Please note: we will not provide refunds for change of mind / wrong size on items purchased on sale items or promotion online or in store. This includes using a discount code (including any sale promotional code, birthday code or flash sale code)
All items purchased on sale & promotion are final.
Please refer to our return guidelines below:
- All items must be returned in a saleable condition. All items must be unwashed, un dry-cleaned, unused, unworn, unaltered with all swing tags and garments tags attached.
- All items must be returned to KACEY / DEVLIN head office within 7 days of receipt. Please notify KACEY / DEVLIN head office before directly returning the item to confirm the method of return. Please note that if an item is returned without prior notification that the exchange / refund will not be accepted and is at the discretion of KACEY / DEVLIN.
- The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer and needs to be send back using a trackable method of shipping.
- The cost of shipping in non refundable for change of mind or wrong size purchase.
- You are responsible for safely packaging the item and the cost for return shipment.
All items returned are thoroughly checked by KACEY / DEVLIN. If the item is deemed to be damaged, worn or altered the return will be denied. KACEY / DEVLIN reserves the right to cancel any items return or exchange if they do not meet our outlined guideline and policies.
FAULTY / ITEM
As all our product is locally made in Australia, we adhere to a very diligent method of production. If you believe that your item is faulty or damage please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately supplying and image of your faulty product along with your order number.
PLEASE NOTE / All exchanges are subject to product availability. We do not offer a refund or exchange on sale items. The decision of a full refund in any circumstance is that of KACEY / DEVLIN.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & NOTIFICATIONS OF ORDER / Once your order has been place through our e-boutique and order notification will be sent via the email provided.
Please note that the online inventory is not updated in realtime, items may be sold out or no longer available at the time of purchase. If a sold out or unavailable item is purchase, KACEY / DEVLIN will be in touch via email as soon as possible and a suitable replacement will be offered.

CARE / INSTRUCTIONS
All KACEY / DEVLIN items have specific care and washing instructions. These can be found on the garments swing tag. If you have any questions with regards to the care and upkeep of your garment please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
